Refund policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, in the condition received, with any original tags and packaging where reasonably applicable. Proof of purchase is required.

How to request a return

Please do not send a return before receiving return instructions from us, as the correct return destination may depend on the product and fulfillment partner.

Return shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue where possible.

Non-returnable items
