Maison de Sel offers a 30-day return request period for eligible items, in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

How to request a return

Email remainalex88@gmail.com within 30 days after receiving the item. Include your order number and the item you wish to return.

Please wait for return instructions before sending anything. Do not send a return to our business address or to a supplier address unless we specifically confirm that destination for your return.

Return condition

For a voluntary return, the item should be unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging where reasonably possible, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law. If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, we will handle the issue in accordance with your legal rights.

EU / EEA customers

If mandatory EU or EEA consumer law applies, eligible distance purchases may also carry a statutory 14-day withdrawal right, subject to applicable exceptions. This right is separate from our voluntary 30-day return request period.

Refunds

Once a return is received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times can vary.
